As a sailing club our racing is run by volunteers and member duty shifts which are very valuable to the club. We have great people involved and helping out.
As a sailing member completing your rostered duty is an essential component of your membership. It is important to pre-confirm your attendance using “Dutyman”, arrange a swap if necessary, and to record your attendance so that you receive average race points and boat storage points if applicable.
We are also particularly appreciative of our un-rostered non-sailing members who continue to assist us. The objective now it to improve our race management efficiency and make best use of our time on race day, whilst making sure all jobs get done.
Please follow the instructions below to help us achieve this objective.
Duty instructions 2015 v1_1 (3) and complete the Dutyman roster form.
Your time is appreciated again we would love to have any member (including windsurfers) come and join us.
Looking for a new fun challenge for your children for the weekends or summer holidays – why not enrol them into the tackers sailing courses. Or if you have children with experience or a partner who is interested in learning to sail then enrol in “Start Sailing”
