Green fleet

Green fleet is a collection of fun racing and activities to improve sailing skills. It is open to ESC club members, senior & junior, who have completed an Tackers 3 or Introduction to Club Racing course or equivalent and wish to improve their sailing. Greenfleet is hands on/on-water using ESC fleet of OziOptis, 4.7 Laser and RS Feva training dinghies, or you can bring your own boat. It runs on Saturdays from October – December in the first half of the season and February – March in the second half of the season from 1.30pm-4.30pm. Continue reading →

Yachting Victoria are running Race Official courses at various levels throughout spring and early summer, so if you are interested to learn and to be of assistance to the club in conducting sailing events please follow the link and you too will know what happens when they drop the blue peter!

Power Boat Handling Course

powerboat photoDo you want to learn to drive a small Powerboat?
Would you like to man a rescue boat to support your Club?
This Program will provide you with the necessary skills for the safe use of small Powerboats, including the equipment to be carried, knowledge of seamanship, navigation and weather.
