Rolly Tasker was standing in front of Elwood Sailing Club at the Melbourne Olympics 1955. He had just lost the Gold Medal due to a simple Port/Starboard infringement with the boat from France. Rolly was asked why he let that happen. Answer – “never learnt the rules, I get in front at the start and simply stay there”.
