Elwood Seahorse Old Boys Annual Dinner & Reunion

Ahoy There!
The Elwood Seahorse Old Boys 2010 annual dinner and reunion will be held at the ESC clubrooms on Tuesday 9th November, commencing 1800 hours.
All Elwood Old Boys and ESC Members are invited to attend, Old Girls are most welcome too! Cost is only $60 ($50 for over 70’s) and includes 3 course meal, pre-dinner and dinner drinks.

Elwood Sailing Club AGM 20th Aug 2010
By now all members should have received notification by mail for this years Annual General Meeting to be held at the club rooms from 7.30pm Friday 20th August 2010. The mailout includes a proxy form and details on the Special Resolutions 1-5 that the General Committee will be putting to the meeting for approval.

Elwood Angler’s Jetty Gone – Diving now allowed?
Last week the Elwood Angler’s jetty was removed. No more currents sweeping windsurfers and dinghy’s into pylons. No more threading the needle between the end pylons on way back to beach.

Racing is subject to weather conditions. Decision to race will be at 11.00am with 1.00pm start. BBQ and drinks after the event.

Your membership fees for 2010-11 year are due by 30 June 2010now due. Please fill out the online Membership Renewal Form and pay your fees now. Family and Senior members recieve the early payment discount by paying before 30 June 2010. For more details or to download and print a paper form go to the Membership Page
