ISAF Sailing World Cup – Melbourne Dinner

56170-isafwc-header (2)ESC members are invited to attend the ISAF Sailing World Cup – Melbourne Dinner on Tuesday 9th December commencing at 6:30 pm. The cost is $135 per person or $130 p/p if we can get a table of 10 together, so join Commodore Mark Foster and other ESC luminaries and make a night of it.

If you are interested in making up a table please register your interest ASAP with Brett Nangle at

Sail Melbourne is also looking for volunteers to assist with the event between Monday 8th – Monday 15th December, so if you would be interested in helping out please register here. Not too many of us will ever qualify to race in the World Cup, but that should not stop us from taking part!

Elwood’s Got Talent! Jazz Open Mic – Thurs 19 June


From West Africa to America, ragtime to Dixieland, big band to be-bop, swing to fusion, Latin to funk, acid jazz to smooth, hard bop to hip hop… and beyond… come celebrate a night of jazz and some of the hottest musicians of all time!

8pm till midnight Thursday June 19th

Fun Day – Sat 8 March 10am-2pm

Seahorse Logo small Meet members and sail with them on their boats. Try trapezing on an A class cat, putting the spinnaker up on a 125 or National E or see how different a Sabre is from a Laser. A great way to find out about next steps in sailing. Open to all, you are welcome to bring your friends and family.

Food & Wine Extravaganza, Friday 21st February

ESC invites you to our annual Food and Wine Extravaganza on Friday 21st February from 7pm till late, there will be a 3 course meal prepared by our chefs Dan & sous Joseph, accompanied by a selection of fine Champagne and wines to compliment the food and an informative Parti Gras by Sir Lunchalot himself, ESC Commodore Rob Anderson.
