During our Sailing Season (mid September through April) most Saturdays will not be available for hire due to club use.

Our upstairs function area is well equipped with fantastic views of the Bay from Brighton to Williamstown.

Weddings, Engagements, 90th to 30th Birthday parties, Batmitzvah and Barmitzvah, Company and Private Christmas Functions, Company promotions, Company and Government training information forums, Community groups and Sporting Events are just some of the uses that people have hired our facilities for. (Sorry – we don’t hire for after schools functions, 18th or 21st Birthdays)

Facilities

You will be able to accommodate up to 200 people for stand up buffets or 100 people seated.

Our facilities include:

  • Bar area with bar fridge with 2 1/2 sections for the hirer to use.
  • 100 chairs, 6 trestle tables and 10 round tables.
  • Kitchen with electric oven and pie warmer to keep food hot, Microwave, urn, refrigerator.
  • One Female and One Male toilet.
  • Outdoor BBQ and patio up stairs.
  • Gas heating and ceiling fans.

Catering and Licensing

You provide your own catering and drinks. If you wish to consume alcoholic drinks in the function area you will require a Liquor Licence. Once you have confirmed your booking you (or your caterer) will need to apply for a Liqour Licence.

Apply for a Temporary Limited Licence Online at the Department of Justice Victoria website.  Please note that the Department of Justice requires the application to be lodged at least 8 weeks before your function.
