We have great people involved and helping out.<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00a0sailing member completing your\u00a0rostered duty is an essential component of your membership.\u00a0 It is important to pre-confirm your attendance using \u201cDutyman\u201d, arrange a swap if necessary, and to record your attendance so that you receive average race points and boat storage points if applicable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We are also\u00a0particularly appreciative of our un-rostered non-sailing members who continue to assist us.\u00a0 The objective now it to improve our race management efficiency and make best use of our time on race day, whilst making sure all jobs get done.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the instructions below to help us achieve this objective.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elwoodsc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Duty-instructions-2015-v1_1-31.docx\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Duty instructions 2015 v1_1 (3)<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and complete the Dutyman roster form.<\/p>\n<p>Your time is appreciated again we would love to have any member (including windsurfers) come and join us.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fcbkbttn_buttons_block\" id=\"fcbkbttn_left\"><div class=\"fcbkbttn_like \"><fb:like href=\"https:\/\/www.elwoodsc.com\/blog\/duty-instructions-for-members\/\" action=\"like\" colorscheme=\"light\" layout=\"button_count\"  size=\"small\"><\/fb:like><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a sailing club our racing is run by volunteers and member duty shifts which are very valuable to the club.
